Eating Gluten Free at freshii

I am so excited about our new adventure as freshii franchise owners! I am especially enthusiastic about the gluten free options we have! Though we have lots of choices, freshii is always adapting and making changes to their recipes to allow for more gf options.


Here is a guide to eating gluten free at freshii:

Salads & Wraps
* if you want a wrap, order aa green wrap. Its made of steamed collard greens!

Buffalo - romaine, tomatoes, aged cheddar*, carrots, celery, greek yogurt ranch, buffalo sauce

Cobb - field greens, romaine, avocado, bacon, blue cheese*, tomatoes, corn, honey dijon dressing

Fiesta - field greens, black beans, avocado, aged cheddar*, corn, pico de gallo, cilantro lime vinaigrette

Market - field greens, spinach, quinoa, avocado, beet slaw, apples, dried cranberries, carrots, honey dijon dressing

Metaboost - field greens, spinach, kale, mangoes, carrots, edamame, almonds, goat cheese*, balsamic vinaigrette

Ninja - spinach, romaine, cabbage, edamame, carrots, cucumbers, cilantro, Asian sesame dressing (made with Tamari) *order without the crispy wontons to be gf

*some of these contain dairy, but can be ordered without.

Bowls

Buddha's Satay - rice noodles, carrots, broccoli, cabbage, green onions *order without crispy wontons and sub for a different sauce (e.g., Asian sesame dressing).

Mediterranean - half quinoa and half field greens, red onions, Kalamata olives, feta cheese* (or sub goat cheese), cucumbers, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, almonds, red pepper sauce

Pangoa - brown rice, avocado, black beans, aged cheddar*, corn, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, lime wedge, *sub fiery bbq sauce for a different sauce. Fiery bbq sauce is not gf. I like the cilantro lime dressing with this bowl!

Warrior - brown rice, corn, red onions, tomatoes, carrots, black beans, Cajun spice, greek yogurt ranch*

Soups *chicken broth is gf at most locations, but please double check.

Southwestern - chicken broth, brown rice, broccoli, tomatoes, corn, aged cheddar*

Spicy lemongrass - spicy lemongrass broth, rice noodles, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, cilantro

Burritos *you can make the burrito in a green wrap (not grilled) or in a bowl.

Baja - quinoa, avocado, red onions, cilantro, green onions, cabbage, salsa, pico de gallo

Bangkok - brown rice, spinach, cucumbers, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, *sub peanut sauce for a different sauce (peanut sauce soon to be gf).

Smokehouse - brown rice, black beans, red onions, tomatoes, corn, aged cheddar*, sub spicy yogurt sauce (not gf)

Spicy Thai - quinoa, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, edamame, spicy lemongrass sauce

Tex Mex - brown rice, black beans, corn, aged cheddar*, pico de gallo, salsa

*order without dairy if you cannot tolerate it

Protein
* add protein to any bowl, salad, wrap, soup, or burrito
All protein is hormone free!
Chicken, steak, turkey are all gluten free.
Hard boiled eggs are also available.

*Falafel and tofu are not (yet!)

All Juices, Smoothies, and Frozen Yogurt are gluten free and dairy free!

Breakfast
* all breakfast burritos and pockets can be ordered as a bowl instead. *Eggs contain dairy! Order hard boiled if you want to avoid dairy.

Ranchero - scrambled eggs*, avocado, black beans, aged cheddar*, cilantro, pico de gallo

Steak, Egg, and Cheese - scrambled eggs*, steak, tomatoes, aged cheddar*

Bacon, Egg, and Cheese - scrambled eggs*, smoked bacon, tomatoes, aged cheddar*

Spinach, Mushroom, and Cheese - scrambled eggs*, spinach, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, goat cheese*

Wow! That's a lot of amazing options! On top of that, you can also make your own custom bowl! If you are unsure of anything, please don hesitate to ask an employee, check the website nutritional information, or the handbook at your local freshii.
